The project also included upgrading the fence from 5 ft tall to 9 ft tall with a remote-controlled gate, adding privacy, security, and convenience while enhancing the property's overall appeal.
Travertine tile
Premium travertine tile was installed throughout the outdoor space, providing a durable, slip-resistant surface with a timeless natural appearance. Its elegant finish enhances both the beauty and functionality of the pool area.
Pergola with concrete base
A custom pergola was built on a solid concrete base, creating a comfortable and stylish outdoor gathering space. The structure provides shade, durability, and an attractive focal point that complements the overall design.
Privacy Fence Upgrade
(5 ft to 9 ft)
The existing fence was upgraded from 5 feet to 9 feet in height to improve privacy and security. A remote-controlled gate was also installed, providing convenient access while enhancing the property's functionality and appearance.
